Allegro Integration
Orders
Complete retrieval of orders from Allegro directly to Fortegia. This allows the fulfillment process to start immediately, and customer and product data are instantly available in the system without the need for manual entry.
Availability and Offer
Automatic update of stock levels and prices on Allegro. Fortegia ensures that the offer is always in line with the actual availability in the warehouse, eliminating the risk of selling goods that are out of stock.
Statuses and Documents
Bidirectional exchange of order status information and transmission of sales documents. The customer on Allegro is kept informed about the progress, and the system automatically closes the process after shipment.
Scope of Allegro Integration
Below we show the areas that Allegro integration with Fortegia may cover. The scope should be communicated precisely and in accordance with the actual implementation model.
| Area | Direction | Description |
|---|---|---|
Orders | Allegro → Fortegia | Orders placed on Allegro can be retrieved to Fortegia along with the data needed for further process handling. |
Fulfillment Statuses | Fortegia → Allegro | Fortegia can send selected statuses resulting from the order fulfillment process to Allegro. |
Stock Levels | Fortegia → Allegro | Product availability can be updated based on inventory data and agreed synchronization rules. |
Prices and Offer Data | Fortegia → Allegro | To the agreed extent, Fortegia can update prices and selected sales information related to the offer. |
Sales Documents | Fortegia → Allegro | If the process requires it, Fortegia can provide information about sales documents or their links to the order. |
Products and mapping | Agreed scope | Fortegia can support the mapping of product data, parameters, and relationships needed for consistent operation with Allegro. |
Logistics events | Fortegia → Allegro | In conjunction with the shipping module, it is possible to transfer information needed to close the process on the client and sales channel side. |
We do not suggest full bidirectional synchronization where we only cover selected elements of the process.
How Allegro integration with Fortegia works
Allegro is a sales channel, and Fortegia is the operational layer that organizes data and events related to order processing. This way, marketplace sales do not function separately but become part of a single process encompassing inventory, shipping, ERP, and automation.
Fortegia can retrieve data from Allegro, assign it to the appropriate business rules, and pass it on to the modules responsible for execution. Conversely, it can update selected information needed to maintain process consistency on the sales channel side.
This approach helps reduce manual work, simplify data flow, and better control operations conducted simultaneously across multiple systems. Allegro does not then operate as a separate segment of operations but as a component of a larger architecture.
How order processing from Allegro works
Retrieval
Order data is transferred from Allegro to the integration process. The system automatically identifies the customer, selected products, and delivery method.
Verification
Fortegia recognizes the source and prepares the data for further processing. Availability is checked, and goods are reserved in the appropriate warehouse.
Execution
The order goes to the appropriate modules and triggers operational actions. Shipping lists and warehouse documents are generated.
Closure
Selected information about the execution process returns to Allegro. The customer receives a tracking number, and the order status changes to shipped.
Allegro as part of Fortegia's architecture
In Fortegia's architecture, Allegro is a sales channel, not a separate operational center. Fortegia receives data from the marketplace, connects it with process logic, and passes it on to the modules responsible for orders, inventory, shipping, and integrations with other systems.
This approach allows for organized work where marketplace sales must be synchronized with ERP, logistics, and internal operations. Instead of managing each stage separately in multiple tools, the company can rely on a single model of data flow and decision-making.
