Fortegia integrates multiple sales channels into a single operational process in the Fortegia order management panel. Orders are synchronized periodically at specified intervals from 1 hour to 5 minutes, depending on the chosen plan and integration capabilities.
Yes. After synchronizing the order, you can set up automatic actions, which are scenarios for what should happen under certain conditions. Automatic actions can also be supported by scripts that work with the webhook system, which can be triggered at any time.
Yes, every change made by an employee is logged in the system. The system records exactly who made the change, when it was made, what the old value was, and what the new changed value is.
The Fortegia system has an extensive meta field system, known as metafields, which allows you to create additional fields in the order that can store any value for orders.
Yes. Fortegia has a dedicated 'SCAN MODE' that automatically opens the processed order after scanning the order code. Additionally, the system integrates with any number of printers via Print Node.
With the Fortegia Flow solution, you gain access to nearly 1000 integrations such as Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Slack, HubSpot, PipeDrive, and many others.
