There are no limits on the number of courier integrations you can connect. You can connect any number of available couriers in the system.
Are international shipments supported?
Yes, the Fortegia system supports cross-border and integrates with the most popular foreign brokers.
Can I automatically generate labels from the system?
Yes, just integrate a courier, select the parameters, and click generate label.
Is Fortegia a courier broker or do I need my own contract?
Fortegia only provides a technical platform for courier operations. We are not a courier broker; to connect a courier, an account/contract with the courier and your own API key for integration access is required.
What if I don't see the courier I'm interested in on the integration list?
Not all integrations are publicly available. We have BETA integrations that are not publicly accessible. In this case, you should contact us and describe the needed integration. There is also the possibility for our team to create a custom integration for you.
